O Light of My World ... don't disappear!
O Vision of the Beloved as beheld by the Lover ... don't fade away!


I am Man... who was himself created ... 

I am also Man's home (which Man created) ...
I am the Trap ... and am also the Bait ... 
I am the Sage ... I am the Mad Man ...
Don't go astray (from your Destiny) . . .

Don't go away (from your Inner Call) . . .

I am the Leader (who knows the Path) ...
I am the Saint (who foretells the Future)...
I am the prisoner bound up in chains ...
I am also the Master of my Destiny ...
